2024 ACTUAL GROSS PROPERTY TAX BILLS = $4,500
(take from 2024 second installment bill, the gross amount)
A $1,500 or 50.0% INCREASE IN GROSS PROPERTY TAXES.
THE ADDITONAL INCREASE OF $1,098 or 36.6% IS ABOVE THE TOWNWIDE INCREASE, THEREFORE, THE ADDITIONAL PROPERTY TAXES RAISED IN HAMPTON WERE DISPROPORTIONALLY TAXED.
