People in Hampton, New Hampshire were ecstatic when they found the tax rate was lower after the 2024 townwide revaluation conducted by Municipal Resources... They however shit their pants when they got the new assessed value of their property.
The 2024 Revaluation numbers approved by the selectmen were determined using 700 property sales during a two-year, highly inflated record breaking) period.
