NH BOARD OF TAX AND LAND APPEALS SCHEDULES SHOW CAUSE ORDER AND HEARING NOTICE REGARDING HAMPTON ASSESSED VALUES

THANKS TO "Joan Gootee and Charles Porritt ("Lead Petitioners"), the Board of Tax and Land Appeals (BTLA) has posted a Show Cause Order and Hearing Notice. 

AT THIS SCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING ON APRIL 2, 2025, HAMPTON TAXPAYERS WILL HAVE THE CHANCE TO PRESENT ANY EVIDENCE / DATA REGARDING THEIR RECENT ASSESSED VALUE REGARDING THEIR HAMPTON PROPERTY(IES).

"After considering all the testimony and evidence, the board will make findings regarding the criteria set forth in RSA 71-B:16-a and issue an order as to the need for a reassessment or other corrective actions in the Town. 

If any party wishes to submit evidence for this hearing, it shall do so by providing to the board 4 copies, copying all those listed in the Certification below no later than Wednesday, March 19, 2025. "
