New Hampshire Supreme Court justice indicted

NH Supreme Court Justice Marconi has been indicted with seven charges for interference in a criminal case against her husband Geno Marconi.

Marconi voicemails of calls to the NH Governor and Geno Marconi's boss about Geno's administrative leave this past April.

Text messages and emails from Geno Marconi to his friends stating phone calls were being made.

These guys think they are above the law, but not according to the New Hampshire Attorney General's offiice.

"No person is above the law, and the evidence in this case required investigation and presentation to the grand jury,” said Attorney General Formella.  “The decision to charge a sitting Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court was not made lightly, and it comes after careful and thoughtful deliberation."

Geno was indicted on October 17, 2024.
