State Rep. McCarter sponsors bill to rescind 2012 NH application for a Constitutional Convention

House Concurrent Resolution 9 is sponsored by Representative Nikki McCarter (R-Belknap).
HCR 9 would rescind New Hampshire’s sole live application for a constitutional convention, HCR 40 (passed on May 31, 2012).

Urge your state senator and reps to pass HCR 9 during the 2024 session. If they refuse, CALL THEM OUT. Lobbyists for a consitutional convention have infiltrated most all patriotic groups throughout NH. Its time for NH to rescind anything that supports a constitutional convention now or in the future.
