Supremacy Means Supreme — Even in New Hampshire Dave Scanlan

Read the Constitution, Scanlan — Federal Elections Mean Federal Law.

The issue is not complicated. The Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution makes one thing unmistakably clear: federal law overrides conflicting state law.

When voters elect federal candidates, those are federal elections — governed first and foremost by federal law, not shifting state interpretations.

The Constitution’s Article VI commands that federal statutes are the supreme law of the land. States cannot rewrite, weaken, or sidestep federal election requirements. When conflict exists, federal law wins. Period.

As New Hampshire’s Secretary of State, Scanlan’s duty is simple: follow the Constitution, not reinterpret it.

Federal elections.

Federal authority.

Federal law prevails.

Restore the Republic.
