🚨 PUBLIC NOTICE 🚨
55 Days Later... Still No Answers. Only Excuses.
On June 5, 2026, a comprehensive Right-to-Know request was submitted to the New Hampshire Secretary of State under RSA 91-A seeking records that explain how New Hampshire verifies voter eligibility, documents election procedures, audits elections, and protects election integrity.
Since then, the response has been a series of delays and explanations—including staff shortages, election preparation, and other administrative reasons—instead of producing the requested records.
The request does not seek how anyone voted. It seeks the documented procedures that should demonstrate how elections are administered and audited.
Among other things, the request asks for records showing:
How affidavit-based citizenship claims are handled and reviewed.
How voter qualification connects to ballot issuance.
How ballots are accounted for from issuance through certification.
How tabulators and election equipment are audited.
What written procedures support election certification.
How the public can independently verify the chain of custody and election process.
At the same time, New Hampshire has publicly resisted providing statewide voter-roll information to the U.S. Department of Justice, citing privacy concerns. Regardless of differing views on that issue, the public is entitled to understand the documented procedures used to administer elections, consistent with New Hampshire's Right-to-Know Law.
New Hampshire citizens deserve transparency—not repeated delays.
Public confidence depends on government being able to demonstrate the procedures it follows and to provide public records when required by law.
As our nation marks the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, this is an opportunity to reaffirm the principles of accountable government and transparency.
Regardless of political party, elected officials should be willing to discuss how election procedures are documented, audited, and made available for public inspection.
The public deserves answers—not excuses.
